Hi there! It's so nice to meet you!
I am passionate about sharing my love for the written word and its incredible ability to heal, inspire, and connect. Through journaling, I helps other find language for their emotions when things get hard.
As the author of The Growth Deck, The Bloom Deck, and The Confidence Deck, which are powerful tools for personal reflection and growth, I have witnessed firsthand the impact journaling can have the lives of others. Through the prompts and guidance offered by the journaling decks, you will unlock your true potential and uncover things you never knew about yourself!
In addition to curating the journaling decks, I am in the process of writing my first book—an endeavor fueled by my desire to reach a wider audience and share the insights and experiences that have shaped my own path. This book will serve as a guide, offering wisdom and encouragement as you navigate life’s challenges.
My true passion is supporting others by sharing my own personal experiences. The Journals by Jess community is a place filled with friends who care about one another, encourage and lift up each other, and offer a supportive space to feel it all – sadness, gladness, joy, grief. It is a community where we come together, united by our shared love for writing and our pursuit of personal development. Through my writings, prompts, and resources, my aim is to inspire and empower you to embrace journaling as a self-help tool, just as I have.
I am honored you are here and would love to guide you on this path. I am excited to witness the incredible transformations that await you. Welcome to The Journals by Jess, a place where your story unfolds, your voice is heard, and your growth becomes a magnificent tale of resilience and empowerment.
