Welcome

Shelley H.

"As a personal growth coach, I found The Growth Deck to be a fabulous tool. Thank you for such a creative and empowering resource to help with journaling. I will definitely be recommending the decks to all my clients as a growth tool."

Jennifer B.

"The Growth Deck is one of my favorite ways I take care of myself. I have incorporated it into my rotation of journaling and guided meditation. Each prompt helps me consider something new, and is usually something I've never thought of before. All journaling is great, but there is something special about being guided by such thought provoking cards. I also love that they are small and can travel along with me."

Bridget R.

"Jessica's journaling decks really got me in a habit of journaling and spending more time just writing and getting thoughts out. And if it had not been for me asking myself some of these questions and reflecting about the direction I was going, I wouldn't be at the point I am in my life."

Jes R.

"After following Jessica for only a short time, I quickly wanted to dive deep into the art of journaling. With her guidance and encouragement, I found the perfect schedule to begin my journey."

JOURNALING 101 GUIDE {FREE!}

I GET ASKED ALL THE TIME WHY I'M SO PASSIONATE ABOUT JOURNALING AND THE TRUTH IS...

I've been journaling all my life. I started with a cheap composition notebook and a blue Bic pen, nestled amidst a sea of pillows on my nice, warm waterbed. Ahhhh, the 80s! Weren't they great?

Journaling is something I've always turned to, especially during hard times. It was a simple place I could escape the chaos of life and turn to my trusted confidante (that black and white speckled composition notebook) and sacred space where my thoughts and dreams could unfold without judgement.

Journaling has helped me through all the crazy teenage fiascos; you know the ones... friendship woes, break-ups, self-confidence (or lack thereof) to later helping me process my grief after my brother tragically and both parents to cancer. Journaling has gotten me through it all. It sounds too simple, I know, but it really is so transformative.

Give it a chance! You won't regret it. Pinky promise.
